Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item

  • The product is unopened and returned within 7 days of delivery

  • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video)

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging, invoice, or accessories

  • Items purchased during flash sales or with discount coupons (unless defective)

3. Refund Process

  • Email us at support@techive.in with order ID, issue details, and product photos

  • Our team will review the request within 48 hours

  • If approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You may request a return after delivery (as per policy)

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/wrong item), we will cover return shipping costs

  • For other eligible returns, customers may bear return shipping charges
