Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a refund if:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item

The product is unopened and returned within 7 days of delivery

You contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video)
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:

Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse

Products returned without original packaging, invoice, or accessories

Items purchased during flash sales or with discount coupons (unless defective)
3. Refund Process

Email us at support@techive.in with order ID, issue details, and product photos

Our team will review the request within 48 hours

If approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You may request a return after delivery (as per policy)
5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/wrong item), we will cover return shipping costs
